Missing source snapshot

Hi, folks.

I got a note which (nicely) pointed out that I have omitted to put up
the blocks holding the source of the current system. I had always
intended to provide all source. Please find the current source (a little
newer than what built the ISO filesystem, but close) at:

        http://www.forthos.org/dist/src/

I'll try to fix up my "release build" procedures so this is supplied
automatically in the future.
