ForthOS fast boot

Due to the extreme slowness of the BIOS (at least when compared to
ForthOS's boot time), I coded up:

    <start-blk#> fastboot

which will directly pull in the boot image and jump into it, basically
rebooting the system as quickly as the hard disk can pull the blocks
into memory (sub 1 second, easily).
