This web server, based on the "chore" middleware, lets a user keep a list of favorite radio stations, and choose one to play. If the station provides Icecast-compatible stream metadata, you can tell the server to pick out the current artist/track, and after that you can flag the track as "loved".
The server can also work from xiph.org's global list of Internet radio stations, letting you search it to find other stations which you can then add to your favorites.
