Traveler Information Station is a system for sending safety updates over low-power AM radio channels.
This web based system takes text and audio from HTML5 browsers and provides audio streams to such transmitters. It does companion updates to web text, and handles flashing light controls and alert timeouts, and does generated audio for things like "last updated at X".
It's all written in Python2. While fully functional and tested, it was never deployed.
